About Issa Vybe Productions
Issa Vybe was born February 2020, then the pandemic shut her down. She switched from in-person shows to virtual shows. She made her virtual show debut on her birthday. Later, she successfully had 12 other virtual shows raising over 6k to donate to the community to assist with paying their rent and to compensate the performers. These Virtual shows were known as Da Rent Party.
Once we were able to start performing in person again, Issa Vybe Productions took off and Produced over a dozen shows between 2021-2022. Issa produced a show for a local nerdlesque troup known as The Fandom Fantasies.
She produced shows for them at several bars and restaurants in the Cleveland area, as well as 2 Nerdlesque shows in Columbus during the popular Ohayocon Weekend. Issa also produced 6 shows for Black Space Inc, A Cleveland local Black LGBTQIA non profit organization.
Her main focus with producing events was to create a diverse show with a diverse cast. From spoken word artist, drag, burlesque, aerial arts, and even belly dancers. In addition to working with these other local groups she managed to produce her very own Issa Vybe Production events. To conclude her list of achievements so far, Issa has been able to continuously produce shows and hire dozens of Cleveland local performers and artists.
